If your ROKU was installed by someone else and you don't have access to that ROKU account, you should perform a factory reset. That way, your personal account will be on the ROKU and you can add or remove any channel you want.
To conduct a factory reset, follow these steps:
Current Roku players (Models 24xx, 25xx, 27xx, 30xx, 31xx, 34xx, 35xx, 36xx, 42xx, 44xx, 46xx)
From the Roku home screen, select Settings > System > Factory reset > Factory reset everything, and follow the on-screen instructions.
Classic Roku players (Models N10xx, N11xx, 20xx, 21xx)
From the Roku home screen, select Settings > Factory reset, and follow the on-screen instructions.
Then proceed to the installation of the ROKU.
You will need to go to www.roku.com and create your own account if you don't already have one.
Connectez vous sur votre compte aCAN TV avec votre identifiant et mot de passe.
Cliquez sur My A/C
cliquez sur LINK DEVICE et entrer le code à 5 chiffres dans le carré blanc vide
cliquez sur le bouton « Register ».
Votre configuration est maintenant terminée et vous pouvez commencer à profiter de nos services pendant que votre compte est actif.

Log into your aCAN TV account if you're not already logged in,
Click on My A/C
Click on Link Device
And enter the 5 digit code previously written down on the white empty slot
click on « Register ».
Your set up is now complete, you can now enjoy our services as long as your account is active.You only have to do this on your first log in. Your information will be saved and and you won't be asked again unless a total reset of the system has been done.
Once you are connected, one channel will be played by default with its description at the bottom.
That information will remain only for seconds
HOW TO NAVIGATE THRU THE CHANNELS ON THIS NEW VERSION
You can browse the channels using the UP and DOWN key on your remote
or CHANNEL UP or CHANNEL DOWN (depending on the remote)
Press the MENU button to access other options (radio, live tv, DVR, exit, logout)
On live TV you have the channels list per categories
Once you choose your category you will have access to the list of channels under the chosen category. You can browse with the UP and DOWN buttons and click OK to choose your channel.
Press the BACK button or Arrow to remove the channel list
To access the DVR list for that particular channel press the LEFT ARROW
and scroll thru the available recordings with the UP and DOWN buttons.
While watching when you press the OK button you can access the channel categories

You can start enjoying our channel line up on your Roku player in 3 easy steps.
Step 1, to be completed on your COMPUTER
Option 1:
1.Go to my.roku.com/ and Sign in to YOUR ROKU account using your login credentials used when installing your Roku box
2.Then copy and paste the following likhttps://my.roku.com/add/acan on your browser
3.Then click on “Yes add Channel”.
4.You should get a confirmation message that the channel has been added.
Option 2:
1.Log in to your ROKU account and click on "ADD CHANNEL"
2.then under "channel access code" write "ACAN" and click "Add channel"
3.Then click on “Yes add Channel”.
4.You should get a confirmation message that the channel has been added.
Step 2: to be completed on you TV through the Roku Player
Go to Roku player main page on your TV ,
Then go to Settings>System Update>Check Now and it'll automatically add aCAN Tv to your Channels
Go back to “My Channels” and click on aCAN TV. When first starting up, it'll generate an activation code of 5 characters. Please write down the given code.
2. Sign into your account with your aCAN TV credentials
3. Click on "LINK DEVICE"
4.Enter the 5 digit code on the empty white slot and click on “Register.”
Your setup is now complete and you can start enjoying our services while your account is active.
Troubleshooting: -If you access this link https://my.roku.com/add/acanbut still cannot connect with your roku account and you cannot see Yes, Add Channel button, this mean the ROku device you're using was setup and linked with another Roku account. This is not recommended. From the Roku device, go to Settings>About and see if your account listed there, then use it to install apps. If you don't own that account or you no longer have access to that account, you need to reset the device bu going to Settings>Factory Reset and setup the device again by linking it with your own account
In the event when acan.tv/roku asks you to Unlink your ROku Device before linking a new one, this means that your account has already been used to link another roku device. You need to go to My A/C, and click on UnLink Your Roku to unlink your current Roku device before linking another Roku player. This is to prevent account sharing.
